Extensive background checks and character references are required before positions are filled. Five of my grandchildren have attended the establishment, and they were blessed by "Miss Phyllis'" gifted touch. Twenty years of service without negative reports is a testament of blessings and the work it takes for commendable early childhood education. The Sitter Inc is highly recommended.

The Sitter Inc. is family to me and my children. My 13-year-old son attended The Sitter starting at 6 years of age and still comes to speak to the staff and owner, Mrs. Phyllis!! The staff is absolutely amazing and loving, and very attentive to the children and parents. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you, The Sitter Inc!!!!

Our 2-year-old has been attending The Sitter for almost a year, and we couldn't be happier. We left an all-white daycare/preschool that keeps kids separated in different rooms all day to join this multicultural school, which feels more like a family. I am a first-time father and often ask the staff questions about everything from newborns to toddlers. They’ve been a huge help in my child’s development. I’m always amazed by the things my child learns. My wife and I often ask each other, ‘Is that new?’ ‘New skill acquired,’ we say. My son has been attending here for 2 years now. They always greet him when he comes in. Any concerns I may have had, whether in the past or recently, have been dealt with professionally. I have never heard any of the teachers who work with my son speak to him disrespectfully. The location is very convenient for us, and I love that I can get to him in less than 5 minutes if he isn’t feeling well. Working with children has to be something that teachers, directors, and owners truly love to do, and I can honestly say the teachers my son has had have loved the job and loved him.

My daughter has been under The Sitter's care since she was 3 months old, and she is now 2 going on 20. She loves it here; she gets excited when we approach, which lets me know she is being treated well. I've never had any issues—everyone has always been friendly, and they do a great job keeping me updated. If I ever felt the need to address something, the staff has always been open to concerns, followed up with me, and kept me in the loop. Whenever she isn’t feeling well, they contact me to check in on her, and they know her well enough to tell when she's not herself. Thanks for all the love you all give my little sour patch child. 😊
